The Good

Open Office.org - Impress does the same job and free.
Only plus point of this GAOTD software is it's smaller size.
Installed the software successfully on XP with minor issues. Software is easy to use. Converted one graphics rich powerpoint presentation successfully however the quality of some of the images that appeared in the pdf was not great: some a little blurry and some with 'lines' through it. This degradation in quality means I would be embarrassed to send it to a client however it is a useful tool for draft versions between friends and colleagues.
GAoTD version of PPT2PDF is 1.0.4.1 whereas Moya latest is vr.1.2.1.1___nuff said.? Still, it installs O.K. on XP SP3 laptop.
Frank (No.5.) You might try PDF995, after free trial period, it keeps opening their web-site as a NAG - annoying but liveable for occasional use. Otherwise, not too expensive if you buy the suite.
Probably some others but I would need to check my collection to see which properly fit the stated "Form maker" requirement.
