What I would like to see give to complement this program a promgram that you can add your Personnel Watermark Please

It kind of bugs me that you're getting so heavily downvoted for a perfectly valid question. But, crowds may be crowds, and I may be overlooking something in the GotD culture or etiquette.
Antony's answer below is best of the ones I see at the time of writing this, but I'd add a little to his answer.
* Besides Place Image, you can also use Place Text if a plain-text watermark is enough for your needs. This can also be a little simpler than using an image watermark.
* If you want to watermark a whole batch of pictures all at once in one operation, you can do that as well. For that, use the Manager instead of the Editor. Use the "Edit" menu's "Text Overlay" or "Image Overlay" command. This gains you some things and loses others compared to Place Text / Place Image: you won't be positioning the watermark by hand (after all, you're doing a whole batch at once), but you gain other abilities to make up for that. And there is a watermarking option in these windows that, at the flip of a switch, makes a few tweaks typical for watermarks. Check it out!

Good morning Charles,
Disclaimer: I do not work for Zoner but just like William stated above, "I am a long-time user of ZPS since version 12 (Gotcha beat William. :-)." Just to prove it, I will add a few 'Cons' or things I would like to see at the bottom of this post.
Zoner Photo Studio is my favorite imaging software right next to Photoshop. Actually, I run everything through Zoner Photo Studio first and THEN move to Photoshop IF I am unable to complete the task in ZPS. If you spend a little time, and I do mean a little, you will quickly find out just how powerful this software is and how much time it will save you in your workflow.
Watermarks are not only very easily added with ZPS but you can add the watermark to one image or use the batch feature and add it to multiple images with one click.
How do you do it?
1. Select 'Add image' or select 'add Text' if you would like to simply add text.
2. There is a watermark option to change both text or your image into a semi-transparent overlay OR as with most things in ZPS, you can customize either the image or text to your liking.
To add to multiple images:
1. Select the Batch feature from the toolbar (Icon looks like stacked paper).
2. Select 'Add Filter' and then select from a myriad of options but for watermarking select either 'text' or 'overlay image'.
I am a fan of GOTD and ZPS, so I will drop in throughout the day and answer any questions you may have...when I know the answer. There are so many cool features within this software that you would be really missing out on this as a freebie.
Just one question...How in the world are there 152 thumbs down when it takes at least a day just to realize just how powerful this software is? LOL
Anyway, I challenge you to stump me with, "Can Zoner Photo Studio do...?" Obviously it can't do everything BUT I guarantee you it will blow away pretty much anything out there.
As promised, things I would like to see or improved:
1. I have always had a little difficulty searching within ZPS but I do believe that is my reliance on windows.
2. I still haven't grasped the concept of catalogs, which is a big feature of ZPS. It seems like it could be a little easier for the average user.

Zoner Photo Studio 15 Pro is superior in many ways to Zoner Photo Studio 16 Pro.
People who have used both, know this.
Some changes were made in Version 16 that were steps backwards.
Hopefully when Zoner makes Zoner Photo Studio 17, they will undo the bad changes made in Version 16.
Version 16 degrades:
No more custom layouts
No more compare in tabs,
No more vertical preview with thumbs
Waste screen space
No preview when in dual pane browser mode etc......
No more of fine histogram equalization tools.
It is a stupified version 16 and inferior to the powerful and flexible Version 15.
Version 16 added new features that are trumpeted as fantastic, but which are mere useless gimmicks.
I have Zoner versions 15,16, and 17. I recommend them all. I have the older units on my older computers and the newest on my new higher powered computer. I rate this as a better product than Photoshop or Photoshop Elements no matter which version. I rate it as in the quality mode of DxO-10. I use version 16 regularly on my traveling computer, an Asus Netbook to produce pictures I disribute on post cards and on the internet to inform friends of my adventures.
Zoner Photo Studio 16 is not the latest. Sadly it misses out on improvements many have been waiting for, far too long now. One feature would be layers. Another issue is that Zoner is pushing messages at random which cannot be turned of in the paid or free versions unless you block Zoner with your Firewall inbound and outbound.
The performance is superb, very responsive with the addition of GPU acceleration and support for high-end monitor devices. The effects library included is simply amazing. If Zoner would give the end-user the needed layers feature, imagine the possibilities. In this regard, a paid alternative would be StylePIX Pro.
