You can use both Wise Care 365 and Wise Registry Cleaner simultaneously, as they complement each other. Wise Care 365 includes a registry cleaner as part of its suite, but Wise Registry Cleaner offers more advanced and specialized features for registry maintenance. If you are looking for a comprehensive system maintenance tool, Wise Care 365 would be sufficient. However, if you need more in-depth registry cleaning and optimization, you might want to keep Wise Registry Cleaner as well.
