You can select individual folders to scan, without selecting the whole drive. Just click on "add folder" at the bottom of the menu that lets you check off whole drives. Don't check any of the drives. Just add a folder.

Are there options on how the duplicate files are identified? Some duplicate files, like movie and song titles, don't have exactly the same name, but their size is the same..........can they be chosen to be flagged? How about duplicate files that have different sizes (because their quality differs) but the names are the same?
