I got TS from another giveaway site about a month ago. At first everything was great. I had several files that finished and then downloaded to my computer just fine.

Now I have (or had) 6 files sitting on the site and have only been able to get one of them to download. Two of the files had the "Playback" button visible but they wouldn't play either. I think retention is 7 days for premium so those files are probably gone by now. I can't check on them this morning because the site just says "Working..." (and now appears to have crashed).

Another problem is that if a file fails to complete, it's going to disappear after 7 days. I had 4 or 5 files that didn't complete and I forgot the file names. Using TS, I'd have to make a note of those file names so I could maybe find another tracker or something later on. Pretty inconvenient considering you can get back to a "stuck" file any old time with a torrent client.

I searched the site and FAQs and found no explanation as to why some files won't download after they complete; why some of the completed files have playback and others don't; why some files fail to start or to complete even though there are plenty of seeders. Is it because the site can't handle the traffic as it become more popular?

A month ago, I'd have given TS a "thumbs up". Right now, I'd have to give it a "thumbs down". I probably have about another 5 months left on "TorrentSafe" premium. If it starts working properly, I'll buy a subscription. If the current performance is all I can ever expect, forget it.

activation went fine but when I tried to download a torrent it started and then said I had no downloads. I clicked on my downloads it was there but seemed to start from scratch again. after this repeated like 4 to 5 times I gave up

Using firefox win 10

Utorrent downloaded the file in 1.36 min torrent safe never (ever again)

Refuses to work. VERY buggy software. Stick with the FREE known working clients, don't bother with this one.

The service is too buggy. It works on private tracker like TPB and the download progress bar doesn't progress in real time. It claim to seed completed torrent for 24 hour but I really doubt they did. The service is too vague their FAQ barely answer anything while their customer support almost non-existent.

What I can say for sure is that it DEFINITELY doesn't works with private tracker tried a couple and show no progress.

Might be worth a try since it was free but definitely not a service which worth paying for, no, not for me at the very least.

Maybe it shows 0% and then 100% progress when it finished without intermediate values, or it simple doesn't download, i tired a few magnet links and didn't see any download progress. Wonder if anyone could download any torrent with it.
