Floating point error. Division by zero.

There is something wrong with this software. To developer, why this player show this dialog “Invalid floating point operation” and “Floating point division by zero” when i want to play my flv file in my computer? Then it can’t play that video at all. Please help me about this.
I've been using the free version of this for a couple of years and the registration details entered OK and upgraded it to the Pro version, so this is a keeper which isn't lost if I have to reinstall Windows.
The program doesn't appear to be popular so far, given the number of 'thumbs down' - 65% at the time if typing - but it's been useful for me, so a thumbs up here.
Sorry, It doesn't work with flv files, I can see only the 1th frame of the video then it goes to the next in playlist and so on...
awful software!
I have windows 7 x64
installed on xp after a registry error, ignored & installed. after registering it becomes a pro version & works without any problem.
