It supposedly helps by "editing, writing and calculating, working with tables and much more." All it does is convert to another format. "You don't need any other tool to be installed." - yes, you do if you want to work with the newly converted document. The description here and on their website does not seem to describe the actual limit of its design.

The ByteScout homepage says this program is free for personal use. Only for business use you have to buy it. But business usage is prohibited by the Gaotd rules...

And the use is ? There is no hint even of what this app is supposed to do. If you have Excel you probably do not need this at all. If you do not have Excel, well maybe it helps. Maybe

I've been using Apache Open Office for years https://www.openoffice.org/
Open Office has free versions of MS Office compatible programs for Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and others.
