what is the point of this exactly? at first I thought it was software to forcibly remove the password but it says that you have to enter the password first before you can remove it? if you know the password then you probably wouldn't need to remove the password (even if you were to send it to a friend you could just send him the password with it.)

I just don't see the point...

From the description "You need to correctly enter the password first to unlock the PDF file", that means, I can't remove the password without entering the correct original password, in fact, I forgot the original password, Need a REAL password remover.

No use for me.

I find this program quite useful in the following scenario. I get my bank statements as password protected PDF files. When I forward them to my accountant, I have to share the password with him, which compromises my security. If I can remove the password, or set a new password before sending it to him, he will never know what the original password was! You may also want to just keep the non-protected files in your PC for later viewing
