Please give an explanation of this.

Tried recover password and gave me :Email address does not exist
Even received email from Post2social on 02/01/2020 :

but on the other hand their terms explain that :We can terminate any Post2Social account that you have access to, for any reason and without liability, by providing notice to you that we intend to terminate your Plan within a period of 90 days.
