a few weeks ago, I've got the PLUS plan for free from another giveaway site. one of the terms is a 1-user lifetime license, for commercial or non-commercial use. And now, I just tried to log in, but the page said that "The email address you entered does not match any account"
Please give an explanation of this.

Tried recover password and gave me :Email address does not exist
Even received email from Post2social on 02/01/2020 :
