A password manager is essential. No-one should be using the same password across multiple websites, so theoretically, it would be very difficult to remember all the passwords for each website.
Rather than a complicated password like 0o01lia$32 (is that a zero, capital o, number 1, capital i, etc), using a phrase is much easier - blueHappyDuck-286 for example. 17 characters, numbers, a symbol, capital letters, etc.
An open-source password manager (which works great on Windows, Android and probably iOS too) is bitWarden. Heavily recommended.

Just downloaded....It looks promising but after running through the menu and the help section, I find no information or proceedure for importing passwords and other information from different password programs......If these passwords have to be imported/entered one at a time, this is a deal breaker..
