What guaranties are there that the person whose activities I will track on- and offline with this software is my kid and not somebody else's kid, or my spouse/my employee/the girl/guy I fancy or any person whose privacy I want to invade? Or that MoniMaster will never be used to spy on ME, and NOT "to enhance my safety"?

Chris, you can easily have physical access to the computer of an employee/boyfriend/girlfriend, spouse. Or even kids around you with a made-up story if they trust you.
I have over 200 programs installed on my PC, I hardly ever check the list. MoniMaster might go completely unnoticed for a long while by an unsuspecting victim.

My main concern over this type of program is do the developers take ownership of their duty of care? Recently a childrens smart watch intended to track location and report it remotely for the parents was found to be completely insecure not using secure internet communications so the data was accessible by anyone with sufficient vested interest in accessing the devices enabling potentially fraudulent control of the devices and data.
Too risky IMHO. Not to mention the high subscription costs and short duration license offered with this "giveaway".
