This is a very reasonably priced cross/multi-platform utility (one-time-buy/no subscription, lifetime updates) loaded with features typically found in subscription titles.

It's interesting to look at one of the multiple times LiteManager v4.9 was previously offered: someone has obviously artificially downvoted almost every user comment dozens of times (and one comment -966 times!):
