Misidentified tracks, changing names and album covers to wrong ones.
I'll fix what this program did wrong using FREE Musicbrainz Picard and PAID Zortam MP3 Music Studio.
Even FREE Microsoft Windows Media Player does a better job of finding and allowing us to select accurate missing information.
Duplicates wise, I do not trust this, especially after it misidentified tracks.
AND this is a 1-year trial, not a forever giveaway.
Vendors don't understand that if their program fails altogether, my incentive is to uninstall it and find an alternative, NOT to upgrade a program I can't even reconfirm is want I want anymore.
For example, at least IObit runs in FREE mode with PAID features highlighted but turned off, so I can always confirm if I want the program at all.
If Leawo wants Leawo on my screen instead of their competition, they have to supply something of value that works.
