Correct me if I am wrong, but I have always thought that mp3 format is lossy. So, how can a conversion of an uncompressed audio file to mp3 retain its original quality?

Once again, in something that does not work as intended, whether you take the music from the spotify app or sportify on the net refuses to accept the files, it just goes back to the starting point.

Complete waste of time-
Tried this software the last time it was offered
and had the same end result as many of the commentators today- hangs up, loads files/hangs up, freezes up, etc.
Tried & tried and tried to work with it- way too long with no results.
I repeat- complete waste of time!
