With a 69% approval rating, I was expecting at least one positive comment. Odd. There are none. Makes you wonder about the "new and improved" ratings we've been seeing here lately.

I see mainly three types of software here on an almost everyday basis; phone data recovery apps, system optimizers, and photo re-touching apps. That having been said, I work from home as a freelance developer and technical support specialist, and I've been developing a time-tracking application to keep track of customer details and most importantly, my billable time. I would like to see more business oriented software at GOATD, so I'm thinking I might do a GiveAway for my time tracker once it's finished (likely in January). What I'd really like to know in advance before going to the trouble of packaging it for GAOTD, is just how many people here might be interested in that kind of software? I know there's a zillion web-based time tracking apps on the web (some of them free), but I feel they lack flexibility in their design and I don't feel comfortable storing sensitive details like contact information and login credentials on the web. A couple of the stand-alone apps I've looked at are either overkill for what I need or require too many steps to launch even a simple timer. Anyone have any thoughts on this?
