How do I get past the "An administrator has blocked you from running this app." as I am the administrator.

after installation it give me (iCDR) , error and says is becaus the side by side configuration is incorrect , please see the application event log or use the command-line sxstrace.exe tool for more detail .

I am wondering why there are 73% thumbs up when all I see in the comments are negative reviews.
I, for one, will not install this program, after reading all the negative posts about it. I don't feel like wasting my time. Thanks all of you for your reviews. It helped me a lot in choosing whether to install or not!

Could not install. Receive error message that I've been blocked by the administrator, even though I'm running as admin.
