To be fair, I don't believe there is one single iTunes alternative that works without having iTunes installed. And I have darn sure looked.

Anything is more friendly than iTunes.
download and install was quick and easy on win 7 64 bit, detected my device iphone 4s straight away, tested it on music transfer to iphone and it did this without a problems just a bit slow, added a new contact also without any problems,
this software does what it says on the tin

Installed on Win 7. Wouldn't start. Rebooted. Wouldn't start. Reinstalled. Wouldn't start. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Wouldn't start.
What a shame - I really wanted this :(
Needs latest itunes. Will not allow you to even register without it.
Installed and registered fine, but it recognized only my eBooks and photos -- no music, no videos, no contacts, etc.
Useless to me, uninstalled.
