downloaded, installed... won't run - getting "entry point not found - the procedure entry point clCreateCommandQueueWithProperties could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files\FXHOME\HitFilmExpress\Tannen.dll" = stuck & about to uninstall

I recently downloaded and tried all the free video editing softwares -- including HitFilm Express. Some my machine couldn't handle: DaVinci Resolve and Lightworks. Of the others, Shotcut was by far the best:
* many features, both basic and advanced
* excellent tutorials making it easy to learn
* output reasonable size files (some produce gigantic files, for no reason)

Will not load errors:

Have reinstalled and repaired nothing changed, did not have fxexpress installed before, have tried all three install methods. would like feedback on how to fix.
