Well, I tried this out on several DVDs that are resistant to ripping. My OS is Windows 7. DVD RipR does have a user-friendly UI.
However, I kept getting an "unhandled exception" error box. Frequently, the disk would not load. Frequently, the program would freeze up, so that Task manager could not close it. On one occasion, I had to reboot my computer to shut it down.
Once I got everything to work, it does a good job. I'm not going to keep it though. Wish I could. Too many problems.

Nice program. I like that it does mkv format with multiple soundtracks and subtitles!

Thanks for the pre-activated (easiest install possible!) program with a lifetime license. That's rare these days and is much appreciated.
