Installed & activated it but when you run it, it doesn't select/show any source disc. Just stays blank. Disabled my av programme but no difference. Of course you cannot select a destination disc until you have selected source one.

Brendon Bunker, An addition to my previous comment, when you open the programme it shows a message "failed to open disc". Why is this?

Downloaded and installed - Win10/64bit (20H2). Could not detect the Samsung 1TB SSD in the system. Uninstalled....

Same here -- no source disk found (I have a SSD C:\ and HHD D:\ drive; Windows 10 Pro 64 bit). Uninstalled.
