Ok, well. FYI this is the Chameleon Startup Manager Standard 3.
Since that was not clarified above.
There are three flavors of this software, Lite, Standard, and Pro each having different features limited by version. Smooth install and registration. Created a restore point prior to install. Video how to at start and a wizard for ease of use. All positives in my book. The only hitch is I have AnVir and it already does all this and more. The wierd thing is Chameleon looks alot like AnVir in features and function. The uninstall went mostly smooth with a couple hitches nothing major. Web popup about uninstall and locked up AnVir for a minute and restarted startups I had blocked with AnVir.
There is an exhaustive amount of free alternatives to a start up/task manager available I really can't see purchasing one. There are some unique features here that I can see as apealing to some like the profile settings for different uses (games, work, internet, etc..) but I'm not sure that is available in the standard version.
Free Alternatives
AnVir, Auslogics, Sysinternals, CCleaner, Spybot S&D, Codestuff Starter, Autoruns, Glary Utilities, etc... all have a startup manager type of function.

#4 - I'm sorry for all the thumbs down, you got for asking a simple question. Correct, there is a start up manager build in ccleaner, but as a rule standalone apps generally are better and have more features. From description : Chameleon Startup Manager provides real-time monitoring of programs added to the startup list.
Thanks for this offer GAOTD.

Good and useful program. Can be configured easily.'Startup Delay' function is particularly very useful.I can set time in seconds/minutes after which a particular program loaded in background on starting Windows.
freeware alternative:
StartUpXpert Professional.

My problem in #15 was resolved. I contacted support at the Neosoft home page, and Evgeni responded almost immediately.
I had been running a previous version of this program, and I had uninstalled it first, but checked the box for 'keep settings'. I was told to uninstall again, but uncheck that box, which I did. Then I added it to the exception list for my firewall, and when I installed again, it worked.
I'm really impressed with this level of service for a giveaway. Thank you!
And I'd like to add that I've used the free version of this for years, and I think it's really worthwhile. I like the startup delay also, as well as knowing when any program tries to add itself to my startup list, as Real Player and Adobe, amongst others, always try to do. I recommend it often.

I think most of you are missing the point of this program. It has a *startup delayer*. This is perfect for those who have a fairly large amount of programs start on boot, it'll prevent hard drive thrashing and will cause windows to boot faster. Really Microsoft should have this feature built in.
