I've been using this reliably for years. Great utility with actually useful metrics and features. UI could use some work but all important customization features are present.
Lifetime license giveaway for this is really nice. I've only seen 1-year giveaways for this in the past. Thanks!

Some things I forgot to mention:
Make sure you enable Startup Control so you can take advantage of its most powerful & useful functionality.
Windows 11 support, themes, and scaling options are included.
You can totally get by with the Free version. The Pro version here provides mostly nice-to-have features.

Windows 10 has a Startup tab in task manager that shows several startup programs and after a while shows the impact and allows the user to disable the troublesome ones all without any additional 3rd party software.
