"10. Software Services
In view of the Service, the makers are allowed to gather information associating with your use of the PC, the Internet, and other software packages you have installed. For instance, the collected information may include, but without the limits of keywords, links and ads clicked, and the length of your visit(s) to web sites and pages. As a part of this Service, the makers may user above information for business purposes which includes, but without limits to product support and development. The makers will not excessively use such information for the purpose of providing your personal identities to 3rd parties."

The website for this program certainly isn't very up-to-date! It states that support for Windows 8 is *new*?? You won't be able to edit MP3s without downloading a licensed codec. I'd say this offer is only half-baked.
