I've been using their programs since RadioRecorder (or some such name for the audio recorder only version, I've been on the more inclusive [video and audio] Audials One for the last 5 years or so). I buy the upgrade every year for $20, not sure I needed to buy it EVERY year, though.

I use the audio part for recording MP3s from internet radio. Select a genre, and let it run for a few hours, and you come back to a few hundred individual MP3s of songs, with album art and some with lyrics. Like what you'd download, but perhaps lesser bitrate (you can set the minimum bitrate), and some with cutting mistakes, like announcers' lead-ins to songs. Each year they get a little better at this separation task.

I use the video mostly for recording HBO, where I have a cable subscription, but want a movie to be portable or because my TiVo is full. It was trial and error to find the best way, IIRC it was to select browser recording. I also use it for recording lectures or interviews from youtube and similar, that I want to watch/listen to on my phone or tablet.

Sort of a big, lumbering program for my 2007(!) Win10 desktop with its max 8GB RAM. One of the programs that keep me on Windows.

I did not download this (why would I?), so can't vouch for what particular version they've offered here.
