I used to rely on it for my partitions management. Though free of charge, it contains most functions that a partition manager should have. Actually, for us, it can satisfy us very well. Say, the functions we probably usually use are “resize partition”, “move partition”, and “create/delete partition”. But, as for freshman of this software, you might lose your data due to your wrong operation. Thus, it’s necessary for you to make a backup of your value data. I have recently been using the Free version for a number of HDD to SSD migrations and AOMEI had been working flawlessly.
However, on my last usage (clone SSD to new SSD) the drive failed to boot after the copy. I eventually had to use Macrium which worked fine...
Tempted to pay for the special offer but after the recent failure not totally sure...

I downloaded and installed this one when it was offered a while back. It's excellent. I have used it many times to move the contents of a small hard drive to a new larger one, and it has worked every time with no problems.

In my case, it's installed on one PC, and I have an external USB caddy that holds two SATA drives. Put drive 1 in one slot, drive 2 in the other, start the migration wizard and make sure you select the correct drives (they are listed in the wizard with size, partitions, drive name, and so on) and then select "Apply." The process can take a few hours to complete but in the end, that old 75 gig drive is now copied entirely to a new 500 gig drive. Which boots perfectly as if it was there the entire time.

Highly recommended.
