Same problem as others have, installed fine, created an account, logged in successfully into the program but when trying to activate the license in the program, the error "Oops! You've not purchased yet." pops up.

Will not activate.
Just keeps telling me I have 14 days trial left
When I click to activate it keeps saying:
Oops! You've not purchased yet.
I guess I'll be uninstalling this having spent half an hour trying various ways to activate it.

Better act fast - I will be at work all day tomorrow - wont be able to respond/view this then!

Dave, same here. I don't see any way to fix this on our end, since we did everything as described. I mean the account is fine, i can even reset my password and login, dunno what else to do.

is this a full or time limited program ?
so many programs lately are restricted to 3 - 6 - or 12 months use only.
