I don't have a real use of this software, but I liked to write a short report. I'm sure we have ladies here, too.
Installed and registered without problems on a Win 8.1 Pro 64 bit system.
A company with a phone and a fax number. That's better than nothing.
The typical "woman" stylish interface appears upon startup, but you can change the skin, from hearts to business, where I do not see a real use for the business skin. At least a decent one.
Of course you can protect this software by a key, to keep private things private. You can backup and restore your data, and can add personal remarks in this calender.
Surely a useful software for the planning woman. But I think that the syncronization of this calender with its infos to a portable (android or iphone) devise is a crucial missing point. What if you travel? Or have a nice holiday away from the computer at home?
And a second big minus : the horoscope works only in English language. If the producer offers different languages in the configuration, he should have also translated the horoscope text in the main languages.
Nicely made, understandable and easy to use. With a calender synchronisation an excellent software.

Anyways, I noticed it has an auto update check with no way to disable it from within the program itself. There is however a setting in the Windows Registry for those who are aren't afraid of modifying the registry:
Change "disableUpdates" from "0" to "1" at this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\softorbits\Advanced Woman Calendar
At least it worked on my old XP SP3...

Bad idea to encourage couple to use this to prevent unwanted pregnancy. While natural birth control can be very effective, a calendar alone is a sure way to NOT avoid unwanted pregnancy!
