Generally I don't post "bashing" comments, but this piece of software might be worth as a freebie (only). For all others there's Excel (granted, some functions are not easy to master) or timeanddate com, which allows for similar calculations, including or excluding holidays in your country of choice or timezones, for free and from any device you happen to be in front of.
Thank you GAotD, but I don't really see how the software company really earns a buck on this.

I installed the program and tested its “Differences” functionality but got some strange results:-
From – 13 September 2017 00:00:00
To – 13 September 2018 00:00:00
Difference (Integrated) ==> “11 months 4 weeks 2 days 4 hours 30 minutes”
Uninstalling program!
