It seems the same version, that was given away on July 17,2020.
The readme contains a link to request a key. When you want to run it for the first time, you have to register with the maker. He will mail you a number to make it possible to register on-line with you mail address, a self-choosen password and enter the key to activate the software.
I could not get it working on a virtual W7 Starter, nor on a virtual W7 64 Pro. I just got an error message, with a DirectX error.
It did work in Sandboxie on my W10 64 Pro production machine. I first tested it in a general test sandbox and then installed it in a new one, bearing the name 20210414AcerThinkerVideoMaster. The second time it was sufficient to log in with my mail address and password. I did not need the key the second time.
The nice thing about the sandbox is that I can zip it, store the zip-file somewhere, empty the sandbox and remove it. If I ever wanted to run the giveaway before April 14, 2022, I just have to re-install the sandbox from its zip and run AceThinker Video Master.exe.
