Miltos, It should work with any anti-virus program. If it found an antivirus .exe suspicious, it would flag it but you can decide if you want to allow it or password protect it. Windows has ransomware protection. I'm sticking with it. I'd love to hear from Greatis Software on the subject.

I'd rather buy a new PC than pay a ransom for mine. I have all passwords and personal files backed up to 2 external hard drives, one that is not connected to my PC.

You can learn how most people fall victim to ransomware and how to prevent it by watching vids by youtube channels 'kitboga' and 'Scammer Payback'.
